Please fill out the form below in order to post your car for auction. After you submitted your car, we will review the form shortly and if it conforms to our standards, it will be posted within the next minute.

How Auction Works

 After you posted your car, visitors can see the car in their search results.

You must specify a starting price for your car. People will bid against the starting price and the auction begins. At any point you may check the bids and if you find any bid that is satisfactory you may accept the bid.

Visitors may want to view the car before placing a bid, at which point they will contact you to arrange to view the car.

Visitors will have to come online and login in order to place a bid against the car. You will have no limit in accepting or rejecting a bid.

In order to accept a bid, you must login to your account, and accept a bid by pressing the accept button next to the property name.

After you accepted a bid, the car will be taken off the list within the next few days, during which it will show as Sold to visitors.

After you accepted a bid , the system will send an email to the user that have placed the bid, and the user will be notified of your acceptance.

IMPORTANT:
Your use of the service is subject to acceptance of Terms of Use. By proceeding to post your car for online auction, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use.

You agree and gurantee that you will not vialate the privacy of other service users, and you agree and gurantee that your use of the services offered on this site, will not vialate any laws of the Government of Canada, the Government of the United States, and the laws of your country of residence.

3. You agree and gurantee that after successful termination of an auction, resulting in your property being sold by means of services offered on this site, or by references obtained on this site such as contact information of the car owners or legal representative of the cars or registered buyers of the car, you will obide by our privacy policy and rules of auction and respect the rights of others.

4. It is your responsibility to inform AuctionOurCar.com of any changes in the status of your auctioned item.

5. It is your responsibility to inform AuctionOurCar.com when you accept a bid on your property.

6. After you accepted a bid, the auctioning engine will no longer accept bids on the proprety.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUCTIONOURCAR.COM OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF AUCTIONOURCAR.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, AUCTIONOURCAR.COM'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES DETERMINED BY AUCTIONOURCAR.COM.
